You may return a purchase for a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange to our returns processing center. Free Shipping
Shipping will be free on many items when you complete an order of $40.00 or more with us at shopmutt.com. Please be advised do to additional cost of crates and larger items this will not be applied. To keep costs down for you the consumer we need to charge the additional freight we are past down for these large items. Thank you for you understanding,.
Returning to Our Processing Center
Please follow the steps below to complete your return:
Please circle the item you wish to return on your packing invoice.
Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
Pack your return securely.
You can return your package using USPS, UPS, FedEx whichever is the most convenient for you.

No Packing Invoice?
If you do not have the original invoice enclosed with your order please email us atreturns@shopmutt.com. Our associates will be happy to assist you.
Refunds and Credits
We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged up to 30 days of processing your order. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, items should be in new condition and the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Holiday and seasonal items are non-refundable.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all our Pet Furniture and Crates
Exchanges
Our associates at customerservice@shopmutt.com will be happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements of any items purchased at ShopMutt.com or received as gifts. For exchanges of mis-sent orders or damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you your replacement with no additional shipping charges.
